Features

●Latest-generation GaN semiconductor technology replaces conventional MOSFETs, further reducing switching loss. Compared with silicon (Si) components, it delivers higher efficiency, suppresses heat generation, and improves charging efficiency while reducing energy loss.
●Improved Efficiency: Overall energy conversion efficiency reaches 94–96%, compared to 88–92% typically achieved with conventional silicon components.
●Optimized Thermal Management, Reduced Heat Generation: No heat sink is required, thanks to the miniaturized design of the electronic components, which also extends component lifespan — significantly improving product reliability and durability under long-term use.
